We appreciate when our customers spread the word about Flame Lily Swim Squad! If you refer a friend who books a lesson with us, both you and your friend will receive a 10% discount on your next lesson.

To take part, your friend will simply need to mention your name in the “Referred By” section on the booking form when they sign up for their first lesson. The 10% discount will apply once the lesson is booked.

Since we only offer private lessons and don't have our own pool, we can't offer free trials. However, we are happy for you to book one lesson, without having to commit to regular lessons. This needs to be paid in advance of the lesson.

We keep payments simple and flexible. You can pay monthly in advance for that month's lessons, or spread the cost of a year's worth of lessons over 12 monthly payments. 

There is a minimum 10 lesson commitment and 4 weeks' notice if you need to stop. Payments are made by bank transfer within 7 days of the invoice date. If a payment is late, we may need to pause your lessons until it's sorted - but we'll always try to help first.

Once you enrol as a term time member, you must attend at least 10 lessons. If you decide to withdraw after that, you must notify us one month in advance. Your final bill may be slightly higher, if you opted to spread the cost of 12 months, as we will need to ensure that you have paid enough to cover the full cost of the lessons you have taken since your sign up/auto-renewal date.

If you have bought a swim lesson bundle or have enrolled into a crash course, you have made a commitment to be available for those lessons. Under exceptional circumstances, a lesson swap may be arranged or a credit may be offered but strictly no refunds. 

If we cancel a lesson, you'll be credited for the cancellation. 

Short term absences (minor illness/holidays) - if you know in advance that you will be absent and are unable to find someone to claim your spot, a smaller fee per booked lesson will apply to cover pool hire costs (£15 for a 20-minute lesson, £20 for a 30-minute lesson, and £28 for a 40-minute lesson). The difference will be credited to your account. If you notify us on the day and are unable to find someone to claim your spot, you will be charged in full. 

Long term absences (long term medical issue) - If you need to miss multiple classes due to the same medical issue, you'll be credited for the number of lessons that you have to miss and no fees will apply for any missed lessons. But we need to know in advance for this to apply. If you tell us after any missed lessons, we can only credit future missed lessons related to this.

Each term, you'll be automatically enrolled into the next term with the same session times that you booked when you joined us, unless you have handed in your notice or you outgrow the pool. If you need to change session times but want to remain with us, then please let us know as soon as you know that you need this change.

Large group classes can make it hard for teachers to give each child the attention they need, but a 1-2-1 ratio ensures your child gets the individual care they deserve. And because lessons take place in a private pool, you can photograph those swimming milestones without worrying about getting anyone else's permission.

Should you have a private pool and wish for me to travel to your location for private lessons, please contact me to arrange a suitable schedule. For ongoing weekly lessons, these would need to be scheduled during weekday afternoons or early evenings. The cost of lessons stays the same, but scheduling is more flexible, as long as you provide 24 hours' notice for any adjustments. Should any changes occur within that 24-hour window, a £15 fee will apply or the full fee if I have already driven to the location.

Our SEND provision is limited due to pool restrictions and the areas I'm qualified to teach in. There's no hoist and it's not wheelchair friendly. If you reach out and explain your needs, we can discuss whether I'd be a suitable teacher. If I can't help, I'll happily recommend other swim schools.
